Your shutters will be delivered in person by one of our fitters on a pre-arranged date & time convenient to you. We normally specify a morning, afternoon or whole day appointment for delivery & fitting to take place.
Our shutters are made to measure specifically for your window openings and our expected delivery leads times are as follows:

Delivery and Fitting is normally competed between 7-9 weeks from the date of order.
Your blinds will be delivered in person by one of our fitters on a pre-arranged date & time convenient to you. We normally specify a 2 hour window for our fitter to arrive within, this is to account for local traffic or where previous fittings have taken less time or longer than expected.

Delivery and Fitting is normally competed between 10-14 days from the date of order.

Delivery and Fitting is normally competed between 14-20 days from the date of order.
Because all our products are made to order, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order has been placed. If, for any reason, you want to make changes immediately after placing your order, please call our Customer Services team on 0800 808 5540 to see if this is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee to cancel or amend your order as production of your blinds may have already started.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on ‘Made to Measure’ curtains, blinds and shutters unless they are faulty.
